Who We Are
We are an African American community-based organization. Our mission is to promote the long-term political, economic, and social development of our people. With the help of our
Carson African American Empowerment Coalition's tireless staff, we organize fundraisers, exciting community-building events, and youth outreach programs.
The Carson African American Empowerment Coalition, (CAAEC) is a Carson Non-Profit 501(c) 3 Corporation that was founded by fifteen (15) concerned citizens in August 1998. Our founders believed that people would support an organization that not only empowers capable and talented individuals, but also empowers a community toward self-reliance and self determination.
